The Saco Ranch Commercial Center was initially approved by the Bakersfield City Council in August 2010 and approvals were renewed in October 2015. The regional retail complex is envisioned as a vibrant lifestyle center with upscale retail, restaurants, a state-of-the-art multi screen theater and commercial, office and industrial space.

The Saco Ranch development is approximately 300 acres located at the intersection of 7th Standard and Coffee Roads near Highway 99 at the 7th Standard/Merle Haggard Road exit. The center provides over 3,000,000 square feet of space for mixed-use development.

The center will bring a variety of new amenities to the growing community of Bakersfield by providing a market-driven development that responds to the area’s increased residential and commercial needs.
